Pen light – which one?

Hi,

I’m looking for a flashlight with a pen-style … something looking like the famous Lightstream Stylus Pro.

My requirements:
– at least two light modes (low/high), preferably three
– batteries AA or AAA
– size say up to some 6 inches
– design like Stylus Pro (long and thin)
– with clip, option to carry on keys is a plus but not required
– I prefer mode memory (my current Fenix E12 always starts on low settings and it is almost the only thing I dislike about this flashlight)
– momentary on function

I bumped into many lights but none of them fit my requirements completely. The best I think would be Pelican 1920B (new version, 120/12 lumens – but I don’t know how to get it here in CZE) or NITECORE MT06 …

Any ideas? 

EDIT: The Nitecore MT06 is out. I just saw preparedmind101s review and the battery life seems to be pretty bad. Apart from that it would be a great light …
