Physician, medical professional EDC help

I’m new to the forum and didn’t really find any threads about professional EDC in the search.
I am a Family Medicine physician who does outpatient/ inpatient as well as urgent care and sometimes more rural ER moonlighting. I am curious to see what other Physicians, PA’s, nurses, EMT, etc have as their EDC items, both professionally on the job and personal keys/ etc. Pictures with descriptions would be great, i plan on posting some pics when I get the chance. Iam really looking to improve my EDC layout.

Keys: gerber shard, leatherman micra, nano and fenix flashlights, kingston usb, firestarter, some carabiner and paracord
(usually carry my leatherman wave and a watch)
Professional: Littmann Cardio 3, fisher pen, shears, streamlight pen light and various other FAK or medical items

Any suggestions on how to enhance my EDC (especially professional)?
