Pico Pen – TEC Accessories Customer Service

I wanted to give a shout out to the folks at TEC Accessories.

I bought a Pico Pen through our edc forum on the Buy & Sell.

This past Saturday, while doing my suburban duties (taking my kid out to a soccer game), I lost the pen (just the pen, not the magnet portion).

I emailed TEC Accessories to see what I can do to replace the pen portion.

Their reply was that they don’t sell the pen for individual sale and the pen was the older version. But they’re willing to send me a replacement pen.

This is a simple gesture on their end that’s huge for me. They won me as a brand loyalist.
