KeymasterRegular…
It was a little in front of the Synapse though so the pic makes the sizes a little deceiving…
19 and 32 liter versions btw.

KeymasterI’ve never seen a bag that zips all the way down like that and I think I’m in love! Thanks for posting!

KeymasterWhy did you use the TomBihn absolute strap on the Goruck bag?
December 17, 2025 at 10:30 am #135334admin
KeymasterAlthough the Goruck shoulder bag does come with s heavy duty nylon strap with metal snap hooks, I really don’t think anything out there is better than the Tom Bihn Absolute Shoulder Straps. It’s material actually stretches making it comfortable to hold any shoulder bag. Plus the bottom side of the strap has this grippy material which keeps the straps on your shoulder. At this point I’m never going back to any other type of strap, unless the strap is made from Unicorn hair and hand made by Kate Upton

KeymasterI put the transporter tail back on. I’m not sure why.
I have really mixed feelings about it.
Also, his the hell do they keep it so…perfect fit the photo shoots. I know it’s attention to detail and meticulous preparation, but still…

KeymasterThis is my current non-work EDC bag.
It is a Camsafe v25 from Pacsafe, which is equipped with all of their usual security features including knife-resistent straps, locking zips, etc. Basic design is lower compartment for camera and related stuff, the upper is for other gear, there is an admin pocket on the front and a laptop/hydration bladder pocket on the back. The camera with mounted lens can be quick-drawn from the side. If you donโt have camera with you the padding can be removed making a single main compartment. I will write a fuller review. For now, here are a couple of pictures, including the load.
I use this bag when out and about from home. Because of the weight normally I carry a compact camera instead of the DSLR. In addition to the contents shown there is enough space to carry a wash bag, change of clothes and other bits for travelling, all within IATA carry-on maximum size.December 17, 2025 at 10:31 am #135344admin

KeymasterYou know…arcteryx stuff always looks so good…but I always manage to find one serious problem with anything I decide I might want…it’s annoying.
Plus, I’m going through a “yay America” buying phase.
