Hi All, I went to the Washington State Search & Rescue Conference this past weekend, an saw this device that really impressed me, Power Flare PF-200 Safety light, http://www.powerflare.com. The vendor selling them was Bowhead Environmental & safety http://www.shopbowhead.com. While this is geared more towards a professional responder, it would make a nice addition to vehicle kit for those times a road flare would be unsafe. Ususal disclaimer, “….your actual milage may vary”.
