Hi, I’m in the market for a do-anything rugged watch. Solar is mandatory. Non-time functions that are most useful to me (mainly for fishing and kayaking) are moon and tide info, barometer, and compass. Second tier priority is an altimeter, which I could use, in conjunction with topo maps and a dedicated compass, when hiking in the mountains and in need of trying to find my way back to a trail. I’ve narrowed down my selection down to the ProTrek PRW2500 and PAW1500. I known that these are very similar watches, but are there any noticeable differences between the two that could sway me one way or the other? A G-Shock Gulfmaster would be nice but it’s outside my current price range. Thanks!
