So I got a qse-8 Austin Weiss limited edition. Great knife I believe it is the smoothest knife I have ever had! But I need to sharpen it bad. I use the lanky deluxe kit. Great little kit get a great edge with it. I’m looking to see is anyone knows what the edge angle is on the knife??
