Question for EDCF Muji pens users: blue refill for Muji Ballpoint Hexagonal pen?

Hello, everybody! I am a newbie here and maybe my question will make you laughing, but i have a problem and maybe someone here in EDC forum could help me.

I have a bunch of that Aluminium Hexagonal Muji ballpoint pens and found them very sturdy and comfortable as EDC pen. I have been using a pair of them for 2 years now and they got out of inks. So i cannot find any compatible blue refill similar to these pens. What kind of reills should i look at? The problem is that there is something like needle-tip refill which i can’t find anywhere 

Here is what i have in my pen, the writing end is very thin (as stated on Muji site – 0.7mm):
