Question On A Couple Products From Combat Medical?

Has anyone used, specifically, the MARCH™ Battle Wrap, MARCH™ Rolled Gauze or SILVAPRO™ Antibacterial Burn Dressing(s) from:

I’m wondering if these are significantly better options than the standard available gauze/burn to civilians? At this point I’m less interested in quantity or making things work at at low cost. I would rather put money into something that is head and shoulders better for my IFAK.

I have no experience with these products and I’ve never been a medical professional.

The trainers I’ve worked with have made it clear that z-fold dressings are easier and quicker to use for penetrating wounds than rolled gauze. I’ve run through it on simulators (not actual wounded people!) enough to believe that to be the case.

You shouldn’t be putting anything on burns except dry sterile dressings. If the burn in that bad call 911 or transport to the nearest burn center.
