Quick Release Swivel?

Hey folks, newbie here-

Does anyone have a source for a quick-release swivel? I’m thinking about the size of a fishing swivel, but with a mechanism like that on a valet key ring.

In other words, a coupling key fob more suited to a 6-8 mm split ring.

Alternatively, how strong do people find the various snap swivels? Good enough for a CR-123 flashlight, for example?

Can one reasonably pocket carry a rig that uses these snap swivels, or does the snap hook tend to get caught on fabric?

Thanks – I did a quickie search, but couldn’t find the exact answer I was looking for.
