I was out with some mates today and one fell over whilst sprinting and the front of his body became a high speed woodchip grater. He had multiple cuts and grazes on his face but his main issue was a sprained wrist. The cuts I could deal with easy but I only had a thin long bandage to support the wrist as a sling. It worked, but it made me realise my FAK is missing a few bits, namely a replacement bandage and a proper triangle sling.

Is there anything else anyone could recommend? Something that’s essential to an FAK. Currently I have an SAK, a few antiseptic wipes, some latex gloves and a few plasters of various shapes and sizes. It’s also worth noting that a small LED flashlight sits next to the FAK. Most of the injuries I have to deal with are cuts and grazes so I’m ok for those, but occasionally I have something a little more serious, a sprained wrist for example. Thanks guys :)
