Recently added first aid kits

I have always carried a few bandaids and some antiseptic wipes, but I recently decided I should carry a more in depth first aid kit. I bought an a few adventure medical kits, of various sizes to distribute between my vehicle and bags. I carry a smaller one in my edc pack but my Jeep and outdoor pack contains a 4 person kit because I usually have my kids with me when using those. At work in my work vehicle there is a company supplied kit. However now that I’m in management I spend a lot more time in the office.

So far I like the adventure medical kits and the little bonuses they come with. What are your opinions on those and are there better options for some basic first aid kits? I have little kids and we spend a lot of time outdoors. Also at work I do also end up in the field working with techs and doing quality control checks.
