I’m looking for yalls ideas on a great boot. I’ve had problems finding boots that actually fit and last more than six months my whole dang life and I’m about tired of it. I’ve usually wore pull on boots(Wellington style) most of my life but they never last or fit like I’d like. I’m sitting here looking at a new pair of Rocky S2V tac boots I ordered direct but after reading lots of great reviews and test fitting several boots like them in local boot stores(no one local carries this boot) they do no fit my feet like I’d like after giving $230 for them(I will be sending them back)
I’m looking to go to a 8″ high lace up boot but I’d GREATLY prefer them to be made in the USA and would be great to be rebuild able or least able to have new soles put on. I don’t mind if they are tac style or more work boot or even cowboy style. I’m having to do mostly web shopping and hoping theyll fit because of not having stores locally that dont want to help. Lets hear what yall got and possibly PM me links if you know of a good store or helpful place. Thanks guys!
