Recommend a Survival/Outdoor Knife

Hey all, I’m in the market for a survival/outdoor knife I can carry while hiking, hunting, etc. Y’all are the best at recommending stuff, so I figured I’d come here. Requirements below:

Size: Under 10″ (preferably in the 7″-8″ range)
Full Tang
Decent Steel (something that holds a pretty good edge)
Replaceable scales
Strong pummel
Price: <$40
Weight: < 10 oz. (this is a preference, not a requirement)
Origin: preferably USA or Japan

I know this may be a tall order, so don’t be shy about letting me know if this is impossible or impractical. Thanks!
