Recommend me a pocket flashlight?

After EDCing a few flashlights over a few years, I’ve developed some really specific ideas of how my perfect pocket EDC flashlight would be. I’m not sure if it exists, but I figure I’d ask here and see what comes up.

In order of importance:
1. AAA, CR123 or CR2. Will consider some rechargeables, but only if all other criteria are met.
2. max diameter: 1 inch. max length: 3 inches.
3. clicky.
4. good pocket clip
5. (optional) Nichia 219, or at least neutral white tint
6. (optional) tailstanding

In the last few years I’ve used:
1. Olight iTP EOS 3 – twisty, cool white, mine has the keyring attachment that prevents tailstanding
2. Prometheus Beta QR v1 – twisty, no pocket clip. Ran it on its own dangler but the action of clipping and unclipping it wasn’t as mindless as if it had its own clip. I’ve looked at the v2, but the cost of the light plus clip plus shipping is too much to justify for a light that isn’t quite perfect.
3. Quantum D2 – Current EDC. I put it on my keychain dangler, and for its size that means I don’t need a clip for it (that would be silly), but the QTC twisty really just confirmed for me that I want a clicky. I want one-handed operation, and I want to be able to mindlessly get to the output I want without twisting a certain number of times or a certain amount. Plus, my D2 has a cool white LED.
4. Olight S1 Baton – I bet most of you were going to recommend this light. I thought I was going to love the light, too, but the pocket clip is awful. I need to have a good clip because I don’t always have a fifth pocket. I’ve finagled the clip a little but it’s still not good enough for pocket carry, so it’s been relegated to bag duty.

Let’s set the upper limit of my budget at $80. Is there an easily available light that meets all these criteria?
