Recommend me a pocket organizer?

I am going for my first pocket organizer I have a very weird schedule so I want to keep everything I might need for an impromptu trip/overnight stay and part of my normal kit. I would like this to be small enough to fit in a cargo pocket or jacket.

Folding Chopsticks/Spork I was figuring put em in the same loop
Boker Vox entry tool/County Comm technicians screwdriver
Small Leatherman (advise)
Small FAK
Small USB power pack with iPhone 30 pin adapter (I have a 4s) and usb micro adapter
Small usb wallwart Iphone 30pin and USB micro cables
AAA in a AA adapter
Folding Toothbrush and safety razor(If possible)

Outside I carry a Smith and Wesson Swat Large Folder
Preon 1
Zebra 301
Iphone 4s
Wallet

I like the maxpedition line I was going between the mini and micro, but anything is on the table at this point.
