Refill for a Rotring

I own and use two Rotring fountain pens; one Art Pen and one cheap, smallish red plastic pen that is no longer in production. After a year, the supply of ink cartridges left by my late grandmother is running low. Rotring cartridges are expensive and hard to come by in Norway. Does any other company make a cartridge that is compatible with the Rotring pens?
