[RESOLVED] Unable Update My ‘Personal Details’ w/ Location

So I moved from Connecticut back to Pennsylvania, but I am unable to update my location under personal details here…it keep reverting to CT even though I change it to PA and scroll down and hit SAVE….it seems to take and then reverts.

How can I get this resolved please?
