I ordered an L10C Sunday, today is Thursday and I haven’t heard from them. I emailed yesterday, no reply. I telephoned today, no answer so I left a message, still no reply. Anyone here know what is up with them? Their website says most orders shipped within 24 hours and emails answered within 24 hours. Should I be worried?
I should add that I did get an immediate automated response as soon as I placed the order saying they received my payment and would send shipping notification as soon as the package goes out.
