I’ve searched the interwebs far and wide, and sifted the results of EDCforums.com searches, but I’m coming up empty.<br>

I work on business jets. I have to climb in and out of tight spaces, lay at awkward angles, and peer into dark small spaces almost daily. I carry an older FourSevens Quark 2xAA flashlight daily for work in the FourSevens holster. I wore out the original holster it came with early last year and ordered a replacement directly from FourSevens. I figured I’d get another year or two out of the replacement, but a week or so ago I caught the light and holster on something and ripped the stretchy side material loose from the nylon material. Now, if I’m not keeping an eye on it, the light works it’s way loose and falls out of the holster occasionally. Usually onto our hard concrete hanger floor.
