KeymasterIt is red emproadery grid riveted to thin red craft foam and then cut to match my armor plates. Items are held to the grid using zip ties or double-sided tape to keep them in place and will stay organized when opened. The whole package is then vacuum sealed and a slit is cut below the bottom seal so it is easily opened.

KeymasterThis isn’t exactly EDC, but I take it on any scout trip or hike. I took this pic a while ago for another reason but I thought I’d share here. It’s definitely geared towards bleeding. I think I need to add ibuprofen since on our last scout trip… it was the ONE thing I needed! And even though I always carry a Fisher pen, I should keep a pencil in there with paper. Oh, and the ‘lucky dog’s foot’ in the picture is not part of the kit.

KeymasterI used to have a full blown kit (personalized by myself) and got tired of non use, so I switched to carrying a few bandaids in my wallet. When I bought my car I was surprised to find they included (and by my novice experience) a nicely stocked one in the trunk. That is all the medical equipment I carry.

KeymasterHere’s mine in a sweet tin. 😀 I’ve had to use this a few times when friends have been in need. In all honesty I mainly carry it for other people rather than myself. I also commute by bicycle so if I ever fall off and cut / graze myself, I can sort myself out.

Medium Plasters x4
Small Plasters x4
Burn Gel x1
Paracetamol x 4

KeymasterHi
I recently made some changes to the outside of my FAK. On the inside it is still the same but I added a Mil-spec Monkey tourniquet/shear pouch in foliage so that it wouldn’t blend in with the rest of my gear that is all black. I also added two Maxpedition grimlocks on the back so that it hangs on the cargo netting in my car.
