Slim Laptop Bag with PALS and Velcro?

Hi all,

I’m looking for a slim (close to sleeve size) tactical laptop bag. Originally I was looking at the Waterfield SleeveCase since they make a size that exactly fits my Dell XPS 15 9550: https://www.sfbags.com/collections/sleeves/products/pc-laptop-sleevecase

Then I thought I may want something big enough to put a Bluetooth mouse in, so I was looking at their Travel Express Case, even though the 15″ Macbook size the rep said I needed wouldn’t be an exact fit: https://www.sfbags.com/collections/sleeves/products/travel-express-case

Then I remembered Hill People Gear released an Attache: http://hillpeoplegear.com/Products/tabid/762/ProductID/12/Default.aspx

Now I’m leaning towards the Attache since it’s slim, and has PALS and Velcro. I want to have little pouches for things like the mouse, for better organization. It’s not a perfect fit like the SleeveCase, but I think it should do the job.

I also want something with a shoulder strap. This 5.11 MPC looks kind of good, but it doesn’t seem to accommodate a shoulder strap, and the PALS are on the outside: 
I thought it would be good to have them inside a pocket like with the Attache, in case anything in the pouches were to inadvertently fall out. Also, I don’t think the MPC is made anymore.

So I’m looking for other suggestions on a slim, PALS and velcro compatible laptop bag/case with a shoulder strap that’s big enough for the XPS 15, which is 14.06 x 9.27 inches. There are a lot of tactical laptop bags out there, but they seem either too minimal to carry accessories, or are too bulky for what I want.
