Small All Around First Aid Kit

I want to build a kit that I can grab and keep in a pack or pocket. I want it to fit into an Otterbox 1000 for:

• Trips to the beach (hooks, glass, jellyfish)
• Dayhiking
• Urban treking
• Working on the farm
• Vacation travel

I don’t think that I’ll rely on it for post apocalyptic stuff. Any opinions or links would be appreciated.
