Solar-Chargable Phone? Does this exist?

Last night somehow I came up with what I thought would be a very good idea – a solar-powered cell phone. I’ve seen devices with solar cells that can charge phones, but none with built-in cells. It seems to me that this would be a very practical idea, but I’ve never seen or heard of one. Maybe it wouldn’t be enough to power the phone on its own for very long, but it could be used to help charge the main battery. If the fragility of the cells is an issue, there could be a sliding door to hide the cells that could be opened when needed. There only other issue I can imagine right now is heat. Thoughts?
