Solar phone chargers..does such a thing exist?

I’m not sure if such a thing exists. I’ve searched around a bit, but I may be wording it incorrectly. Basically, I’m looking for a charger that can be left out in the sun, then later used to recharge a cell phone. I thought I saw something that fit this description at some point, but I seem to be coming up empty.

Of course, if such a thing doesn’t exist, maybe I should start working on it.
