$170 is a bit steep. Ive bought mine from eBay for 120. But be careful. As I’ve learned from my experience Spyderco quality can be addictive. Next thing you know you’ll be buying Techno’s and Domino’s….Sent from my LG-D855
Yeah, it happens to us all! Mind you, the Techno is a really great knife.December 13, 2025 at 6:52 am #130353admin

KeymasterWell, here in Europe (as long as you consider yourself European^^) the prices for US goods are always pretty high. I ordered this knife in August directly from the US. Back than, the $-€ exchange rate was much better. The knife was shipped in January, so I had to pay more compared to the time I ordered it. But still less than the official dealers woukld ask for.
One the other hand, we get a high class knife, that we can carry legally. In my point of view, this makes much more sense, than buying a Chris Reeve, Strider or Hinderer knife, which will stay at home most of the time.

I’m in the UK and PITS are over £250. Bit ironic when you think it was designed by an English guy but has USA type pricing.Transmitted by Droid using Crapatalk

KeymasterI know that you live in the UK. I used to live there as well and people over there were always refering to Europe as “the continent”. That was the reason I was asking that question.
In Germany, the official retail price is 399 €, this equals 295 Pounds (and 453 $!).
Including taxes and all that, I have paid 285 €, which eqals 211 Pounds (and 324 $). The place I have ordered sells the knife for 254,95 $…December 13, 2025 at 6:54 am #130363admin
KeymasterHere is my PM2 collection. Top black one with lanyard and Emerson Skull is my main EDC knife (literally everyday), second black one is a spare for the first one, the digi-cam one is for my collection and because I have always wanted a digi-cam version and the brown Sprint Run s35vn is for my collection as well.
