If there wouldn’t be this bug sitting on the blade already then I a butterfly would fit very well. Or even better…
I much prefer spyders than flutterbys…..:DDecember 15, 2025 at 7:07 am #130940admin

Oh, can be, I own neither of them (yet). I just mean this knife is looking much more like a Benchmade than a Spyderco to meDecember 15, 2025 at 7:07 am #130941admin

it does have a unique style, it sure fits the hand nice though, especially like how you can really choke up on the blade and how rock solid it feels.December 15, 2025 at 7:07 am #130942admin

Can’t tell from the pic, but is that a British Racing Green ZDP-189 or a black VG-10? Either way, gotta love the Dragon! 🙂Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk… typos are guaranteed!

And everyone else…Yes the Dfly is certainly the one to beat. I hope gen3 has nested Ti liners! Even skinny ones! My ZDP189 version is impossible to kick out of my pocket. It should be an installation in MOMA as a perfect example of tool ergonomics. Truly a pleasure to use, and because the grip is so well designed, and allows you to apply more force than usual to a knife that size, some flex is noticeable in the FRN versions. Its not a deal breaker, and I have never heard of a Dfly failing, but nested Ti liners would make this knife 110% perfect. Superb design that I doubt will ever be beat.

Its a ZDP 189 with the British Racing Green .
This is my first venture into ZDP 189 and I’m impressed , I’ve ordered a Delica with that Steel and hopefully will try to do a blade swap with my Titanium Damascus Delica . Then I will have the ultimate Delica .
But this Dragonfly has really shown me how I can achieve just about all of my EDC requirements with a small blade , up until now the Delica was about as small as I was happy to use . Even if I do swap blades on the Delica I think this DF2 will still be the knife I grab everyday .Ken

I was thrilled when I got mine and its a 100% keeper, the only thing I did was add a lanyard (as i do to all my users) and put on an STM low ride clip. I tried one eBay cheapy low ride clip and it didn’t even cover the clip mounting holes fully, way disappointed, then I discovered the STM clip. The one I bought was for my Southard and the hole that goes into the stand off, the clip hole did not even cover the hole in the scale completely, the one on your PM2 is excellent, I have the same one, not saying they are all bad but the one for my Southard was no good.

KeymasterI have a couple, the Delica and Endure are with me every day. I used the Delica recently to saw through a board when I realized I forgot my Leatherman (just a 1×4)
