Suggestions for a mini/EDC-sized container for liquids?

I’m looking for a miniature container for liquids. This will be carried in a Maxped Mini Pocket Organizer, so a long/narrow or slim container would be best to minimize space usage and bulk.

Requirements/preferences:
1. liquid will be oil-like in viscosity, so spray bottles designed for water/water solutions may not work
2. container can be pump spray, or flip top squeeze type. Nalgene bottles with screw caps would be difficult to control flow of liquid.
3. container should be refillable
4. if pump spray, should be lockable or have some kind of cap to prevent accidental activation of the pump and leaking inside the organizer
5. fluid volume – can be very minimal, anywhere from 5-10ml on up, but can certainly be less than 1 oz to keep size down
