(Suggestions needed) FAX for County Comm Large BOB Bag

I’m looking to create a FAK that would fit in one of the long, outside pocket of my County Comm BOB bag. Most of the pocket organizers I’ve found are pretty wide and I end up trying to force the pack into the pocket.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
