I lost the carrying case for my sunglasses and they are too large to fit in a pocket. I needed somewhere to put them when I am indoors but readily available when outside. I made a lanyard using part 2 of this tutorial. Friction from the twist holds the glasses securely. More elegant than a piece of string. Tony
