S&W mp 15-22

I know this is a handgun section, but curious if anyone here has much experience with the mp 15-22 by smith and wesson.

I am looking at getting one.

I shot one last week, and yesterday I shot a colt 15-22 at a tactical match and had so much fun.

THanks for any real world experience advice you can give
If youre only going to regurgitate what the gunstore owner told you or you read in a mag etc….dont bother.

Would love to also have an AR15, but I dont have a grand to spend on a weapon and then it costs so much per round to fire.
This costs half of what the AR does, and ammo is about a tenth the cost per round
