Swapping tips between pilot S10 and pilot S3?

The little man recently dropped my 0.9mm Pilot S10 on concrete and damaged the tip. I was able to repair it with a diamond file and a scratch awl, but it got me thinking about replacement parts. The PIlot S3 is only $5 on jetpens and in the pictures the tips look the same. Does anyone know if the S3 tip is the same tip as what’s used on the S10?

Both pencils are on jetpens.

They don’t show it in the pictures, but the S10 tip unscrews easily from the knurled section.

Edit: I initially tried to include links to the S10 and S3 on jetpens, but got an error about the domain not being on the approved list. Apparently the forums don’t allow linking to jetpens?
