I like to wear colored short-sleeve, no pocket, 100% cotton t-shirts under my buttoned shirt with the pockets in the summer. I was very happy with the Jerzees brand t-shirts that I got from Target years ago, but they don’t carry them any more.
They fit fine, didn’t shrink, and held up well. I especially like a t-shirt that runs long so it stays tucked in.In looking for another source, I see a lot of complaints about recently purchased Jerzees (poor fit, lots of shrinkage, thin fabric, best suited for dust rags, etc.) so either they’ve changed or these are counterfeits. This might be the reason Target doesn’t carry them any more.
Anyone have any recommendations for a basic, durable, all-cotton t-shirt that comes in various colors?
I’ve tried Hanes, Fruit-of-the-Loom, and Dickies and probably a couple others. Didn’t care for the first two. The Dickies were nice, but they run a bit large and only come with pockets for some reason.
