Tactical arm sling – medical sling with pockets

Just had surgery on my hand and I ended up way more immobilized than the doctor lead me to believe. All my pockets on my left side are totally inaccessible.

I am looking for a sling for my arm that has pockets – inside or out – for my normal edc stuff. Like a giant skinth sling with a padded strap. Custom would be cool, but as this is an urgent, immediate need, off the shelf would be better.
