I’m in the market for some tactical pants. But most of the commercially available offerings seem to have a cotton blend, which I understand given the current situation in Iraq/Afghan. However, as a long-time mountain guy, I don’t want fabric containing cotton. Quite frankly, and no disrespect, I don’t care about the claims that certain companies make saying that their cotton blend is just as effective as synthetics in handling wicking/drying etc. I have enough experience to know otherwise.
Anyway, what’s out there? Say tactical cargo pants, rip stop, medium weight, 3 season, options in kryptek/multicam.
