Tactical Velcro hat for several patches?

Hey guys and gals –

I’m looking for a hat that can hold several of my patches (for work). I have three 1″x3″ that I would like on the back if there is one that can hold that many patches. Also a large Velcro spot for another patch.

Is there any place that sells hats like this? Or must I customize a hat?
