Got an Aeropress coffee press the other day, for an upcoming trip.
Here is everything I need. 1 cup of water, some fresh Nicaraguan coffee, and the Aeropress.
Mine came with the funnel and the stir stick.

The paper filter goes inside the little screen holder and screws on the bottom.

The larger scoop comes with the Aeropress, but I am using the little one I had already. The Aeropress calls for one (large
) scoop per “cup” of water…and buy cup I mean per line on the press. One Cup is equal to 4 cups on the press. Thats some strong coffee
I make mine a little less strong…probably by half.

Mine came with 30 paper filters but I bought the little reusable metal screen type for traveling.

Sit it directly on the cup of your choice and poor the 170 degree water into the coffee grinds. Automatic grind is recommended. Stir it with the stir stick and let it sit for 10 seconds.

Unscrew the filter screen/cap.

Push out the “puck” on the paper filter and discard.

Oh yea, I also bought the little rubber cap for the press so I can store coffee there when I travel

Viola! Coffee
Overall time: 5-6 minutes. I nuke the water for 2 minutes to reach 170 degrees and rinse/wipe clean all the Aeropress parts before I’m done
