The “non-lethal” multitool

Hi!

I’m pretty new to this forum and I could not find anything while searching around the forum.

I live in Norway and pretty much everything that can cut through butter can be considered a weapon according to our laws. So I can’t carry my Leatherman Sidekick, my Gerber Mini Paraframe or my Victorinox Cadet without breaking the law. But then again, I really like having a compact toolbox like my Sidekick is.

So my question is, do anyone know about a high quality multitool that would be within the law over here? And by that I mean a multitool without any kind of blade or saw.

Yes, I am looking around the internet but I have yet to find anything that is a viable option.
