Tiny Catastrophic FAK

It sounds oxymoronic, but I’m interested in a small catastrophic FAK that will be light weight and easy to carry daily. I’m not interested in a “boo boo” kit.

So far I’m considering:
Celox 2g packets
Guaze
Duct Tape
Antiseptic
Broad-Spectrum Antibiotic
Gloves
Space Blanket

I’m loathe to carry a tourniquet, and feel that I could improvise one if it was necessary. Most of what I’ve read in terms of small FAKs are generally band aids and other minor injuries. I want a kit for arterial bleeding and other major injuries. Does anyone have any additional suggestions?
