Hey all!
Recently got interested in the modular capabilities of the Sig P250 and P320. I really like the idea of being able to change size of pistol, but also being able to change caliber of pistol. 9mm and .45ACP are two of the most popular cartridges, and if I was able to quickly switch from one to the other, I would basically be able to find ammo in any situation.
The big difference I see between these two guns is that the P250 has a hammer, and the P320 is striker fired (hammerless). What are the pros and cons of one verses the other??
Biggest thing I see is that the hammered version allows DA / SA option. Not that big a deal for me. Other thoughts are that maybe the P320 would stay cleaner, as without a hammer it is more ‘closed’, and has no hammer to get snagged…?
Any other thoughts? What am I missing??
