Top-Loading Vertical-Format bag with Grab Handle?

I’m looking for an EDC bag for home and office , mainly to and from the car. I’m currently using my Rush12 backpack but it’s a bit too cumbersome.

What I am after is a tablet bag, but thicker that the usual shoulder strap bags, and more of a briefcase style intended to be carried with a grab handle. A Maxpedition Neatfreak kind of thing but bigger…

A key requirement is that is can stand on the ground without falling over, and have direct top entry to main compartment without lifting an awkward flap.

If it has shoulder straps they should be stow able or removable.

Tactical look is ok, or Ubercool. I’ve looked at Vertx Satchel, and H4 Kato and I’d be interested in other suggestions.
