Tough jeans that won’t break the bank?

Title pretty much says it, but I’ll expound a little–in my work life I wear jeans, and since that’s what I wear casually too I go through them fairly quick. Work is in a warehouse, so nothing like construction or demolitions but they still get banged up.

Now that I’m stuffing pockets and clipping cool items on my person I’m considering going up a brand from Old Navy or the cheapo brand from Kohl’s (Urban Pipeline?) if it’ll help me tearing/stitch-loosening/belt-loop ripping. 

But I’m on a fairly tight budget and I don’t want to drop $50-100 on a pair of jeans just to test them out. I figure there’s got to be someone out there like me who will recommend a brand.
