Tourni-Kwik (TK4 or TK4L) vs SWAT-T Tourniquet?

Hello all. Yes, in the range bag or when a serious tourniquet is needed I will go to the SOF-T or CAT. What I’m looking for is an extremely compact tourniquet for my somewhat compact first aid kids.

Between these two:
