Ultra-compact / ultra-light jackets ?

Hi gentlemen,

Do you have suggestions for very compact foldable jackets that could be permanently placed in an EDC bag ? I know 5.11 have some, do you know of others ?

Requirements : it should be breathable to be worn in temperate climates when the weather is chilly, yet be able to protect from light to moderate rain for a short time (let’s say 10 minutes). The idea is to have something to wear in the periods when one wears no regular jackets.
