Unknown Mechanical Pencil

This isn’t a part of my edc, so mods if I am violating rules you may delete this. I have this old mechanical pencil that I found in my basement one day in a pile of pens. My brother got an old fountain pen and I got this. Does anyone know what company it is, any history, value, or info, please post. It uses old lead that I got at a flea market, and it fits. It is exactly 10.5 cm long, if that is any help. Thanks
