Want Skinth-like belt carry device that lays horizontally

So it’s more unobtrusive. Something that an IPhone 6 can fit in as well as a small flashlight, leather man, and other small items that might fit in a small Max Ped pocket organizer. LOVE some of the Skinths but I want something worn wider horizontally on the hip instead of hanging down vertical.

Does anything like this exist???

I’ve gone through backpacks, fanny packs, several belt/waist carry bags, Max Ped organizers, pack rat….I’m still not there. I know I like stuff on my belt and not stuffed in my pockets..I like it organized and I don’t like to carry a bunch of crap. I have a backpack in my truck etx for bigger gear for work.

Man I’m sick of looking.
