Was Anthony Bordain really shooting in his NM segment.

I was watching Parts Unknown where he visits NM. He does not shoot a lot, they gave him a .40 and it stayed very steady during firing. A .357 revolver-very little muzzle climb. Then they let him shoot a .338 win mag and he hit the target reliably with a 20 mph cross wind. Not much reaction to the rifle.

A. He is a more practiced than he lets on
B. He was using way light loads
C. Footage was altered?

Have any of you seen the segment and do you have an opinion? Just wondering.
