Anyway, I think I’ve got maybe 3 members on my Ignore List on EDCF. I’m pushing about 40 on WUS. No, not a typo.
It’s a good site for a wealth of information about watches. But it’s extremely slowly turning into a cesspool.
I dabble around a bit in WUS as well mostly in the G-shock section where most people seem to be more down to earth than in the higher costing ‘luxury’ brand forums.

Nope, you’re not one of those. 🙂I’m so addicted to watches that I journey through several sub-forums on WUS. Even occasionally stopping by the G-Shock station. Must admit, I have noticed that you guys are generally more down to Earth and laid back than the regulars in some of the other brand-specific sub-forums. The Rolex one, surprisingly, is also a bit laid back. The others … 😮
I can handle it. But it is genuinely odd to see otherwise intelligent individuals get so incredibly bent out of shape and even downright hostile if you make a minor constructive criticism of any watch model from their chosen / favorite brand. Even if it’s a model they don’t own or have no interest in. They feel compelled to angrily defend it simply because the logo on the dial is the same one as on the dial of their chosen “luxury” model. It would be an interesting psychological study for sure.
As for EDCF, even a fun barrel of delicious apples such as this one will have a few rotten ones at the bottom. (Hmm … Maybe “delicious” wasn’t quite the right term. :oops:)
