KeymasterModel name?
A163W in silver 🙂Today’s wear, I changed the bracelet on my speedmaster for a leather strap, just to dress it up a bit.

Easy to swap, but if I want a metal-bracelet watch, I’ll wear my seamaster instead!

Wow amazing. How has it served you over the years? Has it given you any issues? How many times have you serviced it?December 17, 2025 at 6:55 am #134420admin
KeymasterIt was my dads. Works like a charm, manual wind.
I’ve never serviced it, don’t think dad did either. There is a mark inside the back case with ’99’ and a few other things written on, so I’m guessing it was last done then. Dad got it from our family jeweller in early 2000’s after he lost his longines.
It’s had no issues chrono works perfectly, but I’m sure it needs a service! I just don’t have the money at the moment.
It’s my favourite watch, always loved them, probably because dad did. He got a seamaster for his 21st, couldn’t afford a speedy. He lost that, and got a longines. Lost that too, and bought this speedy. Wore it every day, so its used, but that just adds to it I think.

Awesome story! Thanks for sharing. Hoping to get one to pass on to my boys. Well I would need two Omegas since I have two boys 🙂December 17, 2025 at 6:55 am #134424admin
KeymasterMy son will be lucky! He’ll get a speedmaster, a seamaster, and the longines that turned up a few years later in the wood shed!
He’s only 5 weeks old (today actually), but he’s the only one now. We can’t have any more children due to a hugely traumatic birth.

My Seiko Sportura Chronograph Kinetic, or watch, as I call it.
Bought it for myself one Christmas after ogling it for an absolute age, to finally come on a half price sale.
I was almost at the shop before the staff showed up when the sale started just to find out.December 17, 2025 at 7:00 am #134435admin

I’m still sporting this guy. It’s a custom diver. It has a 44mm case, ceramic bezel insert, coin edge bezel, 2.75mm dome sapphire crystal & an eta 2824-2 movement. The dial & hands were sourced from Germany. The band’s top-notch – very similar to Rolex’s ratcheting band. It keeps very accurate time.December 17, 2025 at 7:01 am #134440admin
KeymasterI like that! I like big, retro-type dive watches 🙂
