But do the hands line up with the rest of the markers around the dial?

Yes sir, they all zero together.Yes sir, they all zero together.
Yes, I get that, my Citizen does the same they all zero at 12. But the question is when they are zeroed do they line up with all the other minute indicators on the dial. For example my JG6500 the seconds hand lines up perfectly at 12 and around to 25 seconds but at the 30 second mark it is not perfectly lined up.

You get it for 65 bucks on amazon. I love it.
It has a compass, 3 alarms, countdown, start/stop function, even a reminder when ya have to drink something during workout and it´s built like a tank.
Can´t get any better for the money imo.
